Every approval of a building requires structured documentation. The approval management in IRIS was developed to guarantee this documentation and to digitise the work. All protocols can be configured to meet the requirements of your building inspection.
The approval management supports you in the establishment, processing and documentation of your protocols during the construction process. You can establish as many protocol templates as you like and call them up, fill them in and save them at the push of a button on the construction site. With workflow-based work, everyone involved knows which document is currently being processed, is to be checked or has already been completed. The protocols are available in PDF format with your individual header.
Not everyone involved should be able to view or edit your protocols? The user administration makes it possible to assign only observation rights to users. You decide on the editing rights. After editing the protocol, the name of the user editing it appears on the protocol so that you can see who is responsible for the protocol. If there are complaints, these are automatically logged and can be tracked.
